- If your return is accepted, we email you a return shipping label and instructions.
- Your refund
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days.

Is The Apex Pro safe for sensitive areas?
It uses skin-safe ceramic blades and has an LED light so you can see where you’re trimming.
Can I use them in the shower?
The Apex Pro is waterproof, so you can use it in the shower and rinse it under the tap. We’re confirming the Ultra HeadSystem Pro’s water rating.
How much is delivery, and when will it arrive?
UK delivery is free with no minimum spend. Dispatched the same day, then 4–7 working days to arrive. All orders are sent with tracked shipping.
Which colour should I pick?
The colour choice applies to the Ultra HeadSystem Pro. All three colours have the same features. The body trimmer comes in black.
Can I pay in instalments?
